How to set it up
1. Add Flowla as a trusted URL
- Go to:
Setup > CSP Trusted Sites - Add:
https://app.flowla.com - Check all required CSP Directives (as shown in the screenshot)
2. Connect your Salesforce account
In Flowla:- Go to Integrations
- Click Connect under Salesforce
- Complete the authentication flow
3. Install the Flowla Salesforce Package
Use this link to install the package for All Users:👉 Install Flowla for Salesforce4. Add Flowla to Your Opportunity Page
- Go to Sales Console App
- Open any opportunity
- Click the ⚙️ icon → Edit Page
- Drag and drop the Flowla Aura Component onto the layout
- Click Save
- Activate the page as App Default
5. Assign the Flowla API Permission Set
- Go to Setup > Permission Sets
- Open Flowla API
- Click Manage Assignments
- Add the right users (e.g. Sales or CS team)
6. Set up External Credentials
- Search for Named Credentials
- Go to the External Credentials tab
