Internal-only actions let you manage your behind-the-scenes work inside the same room, without cluttering the client view. They’re ideal when you want to: Assign follow-ups to teammates E.g., “Send onboarding materials” or “Review contract before sharing” Track internal progress E.g., “Kickoff call scheduled”, “Slack group created”, or “Approval needed” Add private context E.g., Notes for Sales → CS handoff, implementation reminders, or red flags Use Flowla for project management Coordinate tasks across teams while keeping the customer-facing experience clean and focused.

How to mark an action internal

  1. Create or select an action
  2. Click the three-dot menu (•••)
  3. Select “Mark as Internal”
The action icon changes to indicate it’s internal-only.
Only your team members invited to the room (or with org access) can see internal actions.
