The rooms dashboard is your command center for managing all rooms across your organization. From here you can quickly find rooms, track engagement, and take action.

Filter rooms

Narrow down your room list to find exactly what you’re looking for. Available filters:
FilterDescription
OwnerShow rooms owned by specific team members
Joined byShow rooms joined or owned by team members
StatusFilter by room status (Active, Won, Lost, Draft, etc.)
LabelsFilter by custom labels you’ve applied
CompanyFilter by target company
How to apply filters:
  1. Click the Filter button above the room list
  2. Select your filter criteria
  3. Apply multiple filters to narrow results further
  4. Click Clear filters to reset

Sort rooms

Organize your room list by different criteria. Sort options:
Sort byDescription
Last engagement dateSort by recent activity date
Created dateNewest or oldest rooms first
EngagementsMost or least active rooms first
How to sort:
  1. Click the Sort dropdown
  2. Select your preferred sort order

Rooms dashboard views

Switch between different views to see your rooms the way you prefer.

List view

The default view showing rooms in a table format with key metrics visible at a glance:
  • Room name and company
  • Status and labels
  • Last activity
  • Engagement count
  • Owner

Card view

See all rooms as cards:
  • Room name and company
  • Status and labels
  • Engagement count
  • Owner

Board view

Visualize rooms as cards organized by status:
  • Drag and drop rooms between status columns
  • Quickly see pipeline distribution
  • Great for managing deal flow
Switching views: Click the view icons in the top right of the dashboard to switch between List, Board, and Card views.

Export room information

Export your room data for reporting, analysis, or sharing with stakeholders. What you can export:
  • Room list with metadata (name, company, status, dates)
  • Engagement data (views, downloads, completions)
  • Some stakeholder information
  • Action/task completion status
How to export:
  1. Apply any filters to narrow down the rooms you want to export
  2. Click the Downland current view as CSV button
  3. File will be downloaded
