Why centrally manage actions
As your deal volume grows, tracking individual actions in each room becomes challenging. The Actions Dashboard gives you:
- Complete visibility - See all actions across all rooms in one place
- Quick filtering - Find overdue, upcoming, or assigned tasks instantly
- Bulk management - Update multiple actions without opening each room
- Team oversight - Managers can monitor team task completion
Accessing the Actions Dashboard
- Click Actions in the main navigation
- View all actions from rooms you have access to
- Use filters to narrow down the list
Managing Actions from the Dashboard
From the Actions Dashboard, you can:
Update status
- Click on an action to open quick edit
- Mark as complete, in progress, or pending
Change assignee
- Reassign tasks to different team members
- Update customer-assigned actions
Edit due dates
- Extend or adjust deadlines
- Set reminders for upcoming tasks
Navigate to room
- Click the room name to open the full room context
- View the action within its section
