Forms support collaborative completion modes where multiple stakeholders from customer organizations can contribute to the same form. This works with both linear forms and table-style forms, with the system tracking who made each contribution and when.

Enabling collaborative mode

You can enable collaborative forms in two ways:
  • During form creation - Toggle on the collaborative option when building a new form
  • From form settings - Open an existing form and enable the collaborative toggle in settings
