Content analytics show you how your assets perform across all rooms — what gets viewed, downloaded, and engaged with most.

Accessing content analytics

  1. Go to Reports → Content analytics
  2. Select your date range
  3. Apply filters as needed

Metrics

Each asset is listed with the following metrics: Engagements — Total number of engagement interactions for the asset. Unique views — Number of unique visitors who viewed the asset. Downloads — Number of times the asset was downloaded. Click any asset to view its detailed analytics.

Sorting and filtering

Sort by: Engagements, unique views, or downloads. Filter by asset type: Narrow results to specific content types.

Filter by time period

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • Custom date range
