Each action should have an assignee so there’s never any confusion about who’s responsible for what. You can assign actions to:
  • A customer (e.g. “Sign the agreement”)
  • A teammate using internal-only actions (e.g. “Review implementation checklist”)

How to assign someone to an action

  1. Click the assignee icon on the action
  2. Type their email address
  3. (Optional) Check the “Notify selected contacts” box to send them an email notification
Assigned users will see their thumbnail appear next to the action and inside the mutual action plan, so everything stays visible and organized.

Dynamic Primary Contact

The Dynamic Primary Contact is automatically set to the first person you share the room with. When you create a room from a template, that person will be assigned to any actions where “Dynamic Primary Contact” was selected as the assignee.
