Accessing engagement trends
- Go to Reports → Engagement trends
- Select your date range
- Apply filters as needed
Totals
Total engagement — Total engagement across your team for the selected date range, compared against the prior corresponding period.
Average engagement — Average engagement for the selected date range, compared against the prior corresponding period.
Most engaged room — The room with the highest engagement in the selected date range.
Engagement breakdown — Aggregated breakdown sorted by last engagement. Shows the sum of all individual breakdowns for the selected time period.
Sticky rooms — Frequently revisited rooms. Frequency is calculated as total views divided by unique views in the given time window.
Trending rooms — Rooms with rising engagement over the selected time period.
Over time
Room engagement over time — Cumulative engagement charted over time. Each line represents a room with engagement during the selected interval. Hover to see which rooms are included at each point.
