Flowla helps revenue teams turn any complex process with multiple materials and next steps into one single custom-branded link, that we call a room.
A room is a personalized, living & breathing collaborative workspace between buyers and sellers - to be used for any process from a deal cycle, to onboarding or implementation.
It saves time, creates a single destination for all stakeholders, and eases complex processes for everyone.
In sync with your deals in HubSpot, a room unites:
- All sales & marketing materials like decks, docs, videos and links
- Actions that need to be taken to finalize processes via mutual action plans
- All of the stakeholders involved in the process
- Communication & collaboration with buyers via its built-in chat
With the HubSpot integration, it is possible to see and track all the activity and progress on a room that’s connected to a deal, right on that deal’s page on HubSpot.
You can also create a room for a deal without leaving HubSpot.
How to connect your Flowla and HubSpot accounts
1. Go to your Flowla account. In the navigation bar up top, click ‘More’, then ‘Integrations’.
2. At the Integrations page find HubSpot, then click on ‘Connect’.**
3. In the new window that opens, select the account you want to use and click “Choose Account”.
Quick tip: You can connect your Flowla account with only one HubSpot account.
4. To allow access and connect to app click “Connect app”
5. Nice! You have successfully integrated your Flowla account to HubSpot.
How to use the HubSpot integration
1. Navigate to a deal.
Find the Flowla card on the right-hand side.
Learn more about creating rooms from templates in HubSpot.
2. Click on the “Create Room” button.
3. A window will open automatically. The company associated with that deal will be pre-populated.
If there is no company associated with your deal, you can also select or create the account on Flowla manually in that window.
4. Click “Next” to continue.
5. Select a template
If you have existing templates in Flowla, you can easily select a template for your room. If not, you can continue with a blank room and edit later.
6. Click “Create Room”
Your room has been created!
7. You can follow the edit link to make changes in your room.
8. Once prospects visit your room, all the insights will be automatically added to your deal!
Disconnect HubSpot from Flowla
Follow the steps below to disconnect HubSpot from your Flowla account.
- From your dashboard, click on More in the top toolbar
- Next, select Integrations
- Find HubSpot, then click on Settings and More
- Click on Disconnect
- Select Yes when prompted
That’s it. HubSpot is now disconnected from Flowla.
What happens after you disconnect HubSpot from Flowla?
What changes:
- You will no longer see the corresponding room for each deal
- Your Flowla card in HubSpot will disappear
- Activity from stakeholders who view your rooms is no longer synced
What stays the same:
- All the identified stakeholders who viewed your rooms and their entire room activity prior to disconnecting HubSpot from Flowla
- (New activity or contacts won’t be synced)
