How to Set It Up

Get your Fireflies API key

Go to your Fireflies dashboard Navigate to Settings → Developer Settings Copy your API Key

Connect in Flowla

Go to Integrations in Flowla Find the Notetaker section and click Connect Choose Fireflies.ai, click Connect, and paste your API Key
You’re now connected. New meetings processed by Fireflies will be accessible from within Flowla.

How to Add Fireflies Recording to a Room

  1. After your call ends, go to the room where you want to share the recap
  2. Click Add Content
  3. Paste your Fireflies meeting link
  4. Flowla will automatically:
    • Embed the recording
    • Pull in the notes and transcript
    • Make it available to your buyer and team

Disconnect Fireflies

To disable the integration:
  1. Go to Integrations in Flowla
  2. Find the Notetaker section
  3. Click Disconnect
Existing embeds in rooms will no longer update, but the content that was already added remains.
