How to Connect Slack

Navigate to Integrations

From your Dashboard, go to More → Integrations

Find Slack

Locate Slack in the integrations list and click Connect

Authorize access

Click Allow when Flowla requests permissions to your Slack workspace

Select a channel

Choose which Slack channel should receive notifications
You’ve successfully connected Slack and Flowla. You’ll now receive notifications about your rooms in your preferred channel.

Configure which events trigger Slack notifications:

Managing notification settings

Customize what notifications you receive:
  1. Go to More → Integrations → Slack
  2. Click Settings
  3. Toggle notifications on/off for each event type
  4. Choose the channel for each notification type

Using Slack with workflows

Send custom Slack messages based on specific triggers: Example workflows:
  • When a room is viewed for the first time → Notify the room owner
  • When a form is submitted → Alert the sales team channel
  • When an action is overdue → Remind the assignee

Disconnect Slack

To remove the Slack integration:
  1. Go to More → Integrations
  2. Find Slack and click Settings & More
  3. Click Disconnect
  4. Confirm your choice
