Room owner

Every room has an owner who is responsible for the room and receives notifications about activity. Setting the room owner:
  • By default, the person who creates the room is the owner
  • Owners can be changed from the room settings
  • When rooms are auto-created via workflows, the owner is set based on workflow configuration (e.g., the opportunity owner in Salesforce)
  • Owners receive all room notifications by default
To change the room owner:
  1. Open the room and click […]
  2. Click on Change owner
  3. Select a new owner from the dropdown
  4. Save changes

Reminder settings

Configure automated reminders for room activity and deadlines. Available reminder types:
  • Overdue task reminders - Notify assignees when tasks pass their due date
Configuring reminders:
  1. Open room settings by clicking [..].
  2. Navigate to Reminder settings
  3. Enable/disable specific reminder types

Room notification settings

Control who gets notified about room activity and what events trigger notifications. Notification events:
  • Room viewed
  • New stakeholder identified
  • Comment added
  • Task completed
  • Form submitted
  • Action overdue
Notification destinations:
  • In-app notifications
  • Email notifications
  • Slack (if connected)
  • CRM activity logging (HubSpot/Salesforce)

  3. Toggle specific notification types on/off
